I Remember True Light

You are a failed integrated alien of Bastion. Your home is Nebula and it calls to you through the polluted light of the sprawling urban sky. Why did you come to this foreign land? Why has it not become your home?

I Remember True Light is a single-player character creation game 
for use with Electric Bastionland's Integrated Alien failed career. It provides additional character generation tables beyond those of the original text, and character creation prompts to help you realize your own unfortunate citizen of Bastion.

It is also possible to play I Remember True Light as a stand alone experience, or integrate the created character into something other than Electric Bastionland. This Sword Dream does not prescribe how it must be played.

The game features beautiful illustrations and layout by Lu Quade, and can be played in 5-20 minutes.

Content warning: I wrote this game based on my past experiences as an immigrant, and players who have gone through similar life experiences may find the game emotionally triggering.

I have provided options to choose from at every step of play, so you will not be constrained to a choice you do not want to make.

Writing I Remember True Light has been part of my healing process from the PTSD I developed due to the stresses of immigrant life, and I hope it can provide a space for reflection and humour for those who have gone through the same.
